TERRITORIAL AVAILABILITY

Deliveries are carried out within the territory of the European Union (excluding Finland, Sweden, Malta, and Cyprus).


DELIVERY METHODS

Courier shipment – shipping is carried out via the logistics operator BLPaczka sp. z o.o., which organizes the transport of parcels using courier carriers:
- Courier shipment provided by the carrier DPD (DPD Polska sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw, 02-274 Warsaw, ul. Mineralna 15).
 

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed within up to two business days. During this time the online store records the payment, prepares the order and packs the parcel for shipment.
The buyer will be informed about the shipment of the goods or the possibility of personal collection:
- in every case via email,
- when choosing courier delivery carried out by DPD, additionally via SMS sent by the carrier, if the buyer provides a phone number for this purpose.
DPD delivers parcels from Monday to Friday, usually between 8:00 and 19:00. However, the exact delivery time depends on the courier’s route and cannot be specified by the seller.
Personal collection of the parcel is possible from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 21:00.
The indicated delivery times are approximate and may change due to reasons beyond the seller’s control.


COST OF COURIER DELIVERY AND INPOST PARCEL LOCKERS

The cost of delivery of goods to the buyer is borne by the buyer.
Shipping costs include both transportation and packaging of the goods.
In the case of returning goods to the online store, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

When choosing the option of personal collection from the address:
Soft99 Garage Kupiec Poznański, Poznań (61-831), plac Wiosny Ludów 2, the buyer does not incur any delivery costs.


FAILED COURIER DELIVERY

The carrier will attempt to deliver the order twice.
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to the online store.


DAMAGED SHIPMENT

If damage to the parcel is detected before accepting it, the buyer should act in accordance with applicable law, in particular by requesting the carrier to prepare an official damage report describing the condition of the parcel and the circumstances of the damage.
If a shortage or damage that could not be noticed at the time of delivery is discovered after receiving the parcel, the buyer may notify the carrier within 7 days from the date of receipt in order to prepare a report determining the condition of the parcel and the circumstances of the damage.
The buyer should immediately notify the online store of any case of parcel damage by email at: info@soft99.eu.


RETURNS

You may return products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order by sending the products to the warehouse address (the cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer):
